The state inspection itself was completed in about 10 minutes, which was impressively quick. Unfortunately, the customer service was very unprofessional. There was no one at the front desk, and when someone finally approached me, I explained why I was there, but they walked away and never returned. Several staff members appeared to be standing around talking, and I did not receive assistance until what seemed to be a manager stepped in. Another customer had also been waiting for the same service and had been there even longer than I had. This place may complete state inspections quickly, but the lack of organization, communication, and attentiveness did not meet my expectations.

I always get great service here. I had my car washed here today to get all of that dirt and grime off from the winter ice storm. Mark did a great job. My car looks like it’s brand new. Of all of the Car Spa locations in the DFW Metro area this is the best one. I also get my state inspection done here.

Great staff, It was quick and they also provide free car wash with the inspection.

I stumbled across this state inspection place after being told by another company down the road that they were unable to do state inspections (long story). Anyways, I stumbled across this place and my car was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. They also offered a free car wash which for being free it was top notch. I’ve been to Kwik Kar and the dealership for state inspections but this was by far the best experience.
